Use each channel for the purpose they have. Example: do not use bots in the general chat as you will be muted.

The server is about self-improvement and reaching your goals. We would appreciate it if you could refrain from talking about stuff that absolutely does not relate to any of this in the main chats. Topics that have nothing to do with productivity are allowed in #off-topic, so please keep them there.

Venting is not allowed in the server. Please send a private message to one of the therapists. They have special roles and you can just ping them.
RESPECT & MODERATION

If you want to DM anyone in the server for any reason, please check their roles to see if they have their DMs open. Messaging someone who has their DMs closed will result in a time out.

Use your common sense when something is unclear to avoid annoying anyone. Always listen to staff members, as they have the final say.

No ongoing arguments with moderators about interpretations of breaking rules will be tolerated. If you have any suggestions about the server, feel free to let a staff member know.
